Something went wrong? Tell us. We want every homeowner who contacts Regulationmothers Pest Control to have a fair and honest experience. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Can You Bring to Us?

You can reach out about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Regulationmothers Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

What If the Problem Is With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Regulationmothers Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Maryland.

How Do You Send a Complaint?

Email contact@regulationmothers.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Comes After You Write?

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy With the Answer?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
